1965 Honda Trail 90

Picked up this little scoot the other day for a friend. Shes doesn't ride but wants to and wanted a cheap scooter. These trail 90's are great. They're abundant, cheap, and don't have a clutch so they're also perfect for beginners.

I found this one for $400. It runs well, has good brakes and new tires. I'm going to tear it down and clean it up. The brake lever needs replacing as well as the foot pegs. Caroline is short so I'll be recovering the seat and putting new foam in that will lower it about 2 inches. I'll probably tear the engine about as well and check the piston and rings and replace the gaskets. Overall, it's not too bad and I think for $200 more I can have it in great shape.
